Baby Bonding for mindful Mamas
These are small, relaxing groups for parents, carers and their babies from 0 – approx 6 months.
You and your little one can enjoy simple and gentle playful activities based on the latest research into attachment.
The classes aim to empower you as a parent to be in the best position to confidently trust your own informed decisions when caring for your baby. You will learn about attachment, baby brain development, soothing techniques and how to regulate your baby’s emotions.
The transition into motherhood comes with huge changes and new challenges. More often than not, it is the mothers needs that get pushed to the back of the priority list, during a time when mothers need and deserve to be cared for and nurtured while they give everything they have to care for and nurture their babies. Baby Bonding for Mindful Mama classes aim to support mothers to develop some simple self care and mindfulness tools into their lives so they can look after their own wellbeing during this time.
These sessions can be booked as part of a pre arranged class, as 1 to 1 in your home or as small private classes with a group of friends in your home or at an agreed venue.
Baby Bonding for Mindful Pregnancy
Gentle and relaxing classes for mamas to be.
Develop self care and mindfulness tools to help you nourish and care for yourself through your pregnancy and during your transition into motherhood.
Enjoy some simple bonding activities based on the most recent research in attachment theory and develop your confidence and trust in your own abilities to care for you baby by learning about the 4th trimester, baby soothing techniques, attachment and baby brain development.
Finish each class with a soothing guided meditation by candle light and some tea, coffee and cake.
